- What you’ll do:
- Inspect, repair, and recondition propellers through welding and grinding.
- Operate shop tools and equipment in a safe and effective manner.
- Follow job site safety standards and company protocols.
- Maintain quality control standards in propeller repairs.
- Assist team members with completion of various shop duties.
- Complete general cleaning duties such as maintaining the work area and discarding trash.
- What you’ll need:
- Welding and grinding experience preferred (training available).
- Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn.
- Ability to meet and maintain productivity standards.
- Regular and punctual attendance.
- Compliance with all personnel policies and practices.
- Ability to work independently for extended periods and as part of a team.
- On-the-job training and recertification as required.
