Job Detail
- Installing spray foam insulation in single family, multifamily, and commercial projects throughout the area.
- Full-time position, hourly pay and per piece pay (Average Pay of: $15-$25+/hour).
- W2 Employee (Mon-Fri: 7-4:30+, Occasional Saturdays)

- Erects ladders and scaffolds.
- Checks netting for areas that may need blocking, and prepares machine by checking oil, belts, and obstructions.
- Operates equipment that injects foam insulation by carrying/holding a hose up to 150 feet long and weighing up to 56 lbs.
- Climbs ladders and crawls in attics frequently throughout the day.
- Checks density in wall areas.
- Excellent verbal and writ10communication skills.
- Proficient in using hand tools and power tools, including tape measure, laser level, and drill.
- Able to climb up and down a ladder.
- Excellent attention to detail.
- Able to perform basic math skills and read a tape measure.
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Able to work in tight and confined places like attics and crawlspaces.
- Able to work independently and/or with a crew.
- Other duties as assigned.
- Valid Drivers license preferred. a Motor Vehicle Report will be completed, contingent upon employment.
- Must be able to lift a minimum of 50 lbs.
- Must be able to frequently bend, twist, and turn body at shoulders, waist, and knees with spray hose in hand.
