Position: Insulation Installer

• Valid driver’s license
• Must be able to lift 50 lbs.
• Must have great work ethic.
• Reliable transportation to and from work.
• Must pass background check and drug screening.
• Class E driver’s license preferred
• The ideal candidate is some1with the drive, hustle and positive attitude to provide our customers with a great finished product and install experience. We prefer some1with insulation or construction experience, but the right person is much more important with all hires going through the same training and onboarding program. Insulation types include batt, blown in and spray foam with performing tasks including pre-batt, batt, attic blow, basement blanket, air sealing and firestop. Our jobs consist of new construction, remodel and retro insulation upgrades – mainly residential.
