- Required to participate in a stringent onboarding and training program within the first 7 weeks of employment (no vacation time will be approved during this time)
Physical Requirements:
Frequent lifting/carrying pushing (10-50 lbs - ) and pushing/pulling (50-300 lbs

- Frequent bending, stooping, handling and gripping
- Ability to work at elevated heights, climb stairs, leaning over equipment and work in confined spaces
- Ability to stand and/or work on feet for extended periods (minimum eight hours in one shift)
- Ability to read, write and speak English
Preferred Qualifications:
Associate or Technical Degree- 4 years of experience as a maintenance technician in a manufacturing environment
- Possess a fundamental understanding of hydraulic, pneumatic & mechanical schematics/drawings
- Understand TPM Theory and Concepts
What will be your key responsibilities?
Troubleshoot and repair equipment, failed components, and centerline adjustments - Conduct Preventative Maintenance (PM) and support operations with equipment set up and changeover
- Document Work Orders (WOs) and PMs using computerized maintenance management system (SAP) for Plant maintenance functions
- Some fabrication and/or machinist work; trained as required
- Participate in Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) Teams, train operators in Autonomous Maintenance (AMs) activities and participate in Breakdown Analysis/Elimination efforts
- Adheres to Maintenance and Repair costs while follow Maintenance Planning & Scheduling
- Assists Operations with Anomaly Handling
