Job Brief
We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented mig welder to join our sunset vans team.
Salary Detail
$20 – $22 an hour

Job Detail
- Perform high-quality MIG welding on a variety of metal components
- Read, interpret, and work from blueprints, technical drawings, and work orders
- Set up welding equipment, tools, and materials prior to production
- Inspect welds for accuracy, quality, and structural soundness
- Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work area in compliance with safety standards
- Collaborate with the production team to meet daily and weekly project goals
- Perform repairs, adjustments, or rework as needed
- Clean and maintain workstations and shop areas before the end of each shift to ensure a safe and organized environment
- Required Skills Qualifications
- 1–3 years of MIG welding experience (or equivalent training/certification)
- Strong understanding of welding safety practices and PPE usage
- Ability to operate welding tools, grinders, and metal fabrication equipment
- Ability to measure, cut, and prepare materials accurately
- Solid attention to detail and craftsmanship
- Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs as required
- Preferred (Not Required)
- Experience with other welding methods (TIG, Stick, Arc etc.)
- Fabrication or manufacturing environment experience
- Welding certification from a trade school or accredited program
