Job Detail
- Perform landscape maintenance tasks including mowing, trimming, pruning, and edging to keep outdoor areas pristine and attractive.
- Install, repair, and maintain irrigation systems to ensure efficient watering and healthy plant growth.
- Use hand tools and power tools safely and effectively for planting, digging, aerating, and other landscaping activities.
- Conduct regular lawn care routines such as fertilizing, aerating, overseeding, and weed control to promote lush greenery.
- Maintain gardens by planting new flora, mulching beds, removing weeds, and ensuring proper soil health through horticultural practices.
- Assist with landscaping projects by installing features like flower beds, shrubs, trees, pathways, or decorative elements.
- Monitor the health of plants and turf. identify pests or diseases early and implement appropriate treatment plans.
- Support general maintenance tasks including debris removal, soil preparation, and equipment upkeep to ensure a safe working environment.
- Collaborate with team members to plan seasonal landscape improvements and ensure project deadlines are met efficiently.
- Requirements
- Proven experience in landscape maintenance or gardening with a strong understanding of horticulture principles.
- Knowledge of irrigation systems installation and troubleshooting is highly desirable.
- Ability to operate hand tools such as shovels, pruners, rakes as well as power tools like trimmers and blowers safely.
- Familiarity with lawn care techniques including mowing equipment operation and fertilization methods.
- Strong physical stamina with the ability to perform outdoor work in various weather conditions while standing or walking for extended periods.
- Excellent attention to detail with a passion for creating beautiful landscapes that thrive over time.
- Effective communication skills to work collaboratively within a team environment.
