Job overview we are seeking a dedicated landscape laborer to join our team and contribute to a variety of outdoor projects.
Salary Detail
$25 – $30 an hour

Job Detail
- Assist with lawn care tasks including mowing, edging, and trimming using hand tools and power equipment
- Perform landscape maintenance such as planting, pruning, tree care, and irrigation system installation or repair
- Operate various landscaping machinery including excavators, and other construction equipment
- Use hand tools and power tools for hardscape projects like patios, walkways, and retaining walls
- Support gardening activities such as planting flowers, shrubs, and trees while ensuring proper horticultural practices
- Maintain cleanliness of work sites by removing debris and ensuring safety standards are met during all tasks
- Assist with snow plowing during winter months to ensure safe access for clients
- Support general construction activities related to landscape projects including excavation and site preparation
- Experience
- Prior experience in lawn care, landscape maintenance, or gardening is preferred but not required. training will be provided for specific equipment use
- Mechanical knowledge related to landscaping machinery such as excavators and power tools is a plus
- Familiarity with landscaping techniques including hardscape installation, tree trimming, irrigation systems, and horticulture practices is advantageous
- Experience working with hand tools and construction equipment is beneficial
- Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions and lift heavy materials or equipment as needed
