Job overview we are seeking an energetic and detail-oriented landscape maintenance forman to lead a landscaping maintenance team in creating and maintaining beautiful outdoor spaces.

Job Detail
- Supervise and coordinate landscape maintenance activities, including mowing, trimming, pruning, planting, to ensure lush, healthy landscapes.
- Oversee lawn care routines such as weed control to maintain pristine turf conditions.
- Conduct tree care tasks including pruning, and health assessments to promote safety and longevity of trees.
- Supervise construction activities related to landscape improvements or installations, ensuring quality workmanship and safety compliance.
- Provide mentorship and leadership to crew members, fostering a collaborative environment focused on skill development and high performance.
- Perform routine maintenance of equipment and tools to ensure operational readiness and safety standards are met.
- Monitor environmental conditions and adapt maintenance schedules accordingly to promote sustainable practices.
- Communicate effectively with clients, team members, and vendors to coordinate work schedules and address any issues promptly.
- Requirements
- Proven experience in landscape maintenance, landscaping, or horticulture with a strong understanding of plant care and landscape design principles.
- Supervising experience leading teams in outdoor or construction settings is highly desirable.
- Experience with tree care practices including pruning, health assessments, and safety procedures.
- Strong understanding of irrigation systems—installation, troubleshooting, repairs—and water management strategies.
- Passion for gardening and horticulture with a keen eye for detail in maintaining aesthetic appeal.
- Leadership skills that motivate teams while ensuring safety protocols are followed at all times.
- Ability to operate landscaping equipment safely and efficiently. familiarity with maintenance tools is essential.
