$20.00 – $28.47 an hour

Work Growth is required

• Supervise and coordinate daily landscape maintenance activities, including mowing, trimming, planting, pruning, and irrigation system installation and repair
• Lead a team of landscapers and horticulture specialists to complete projects efficiently and to client specifications
• Ensure all work adheres to safety protocols and environmental standards
• Oversee the installation of landscape features such as patios, walkways, retaining walls, and water features
• Manage equipment maintenance and ensure proper use of tools and machinery
• Conduct quality inspections to guarantee the highest standards of lawn care, gardening, tree care, and overall landscape presentation
• Train and mentor team members on best practices in landscaping techniques and safety procedures
• Communicate effectively with clients to understand project needs and provide updates on progress
• Skills
• Proven experience in landscape maintenance, landscaping, or related construction fields
• Strong supervising experience with the ability to lead a diverse team effectively
• Knowledge of lawn care practices including mowing, fertilizing, aeration, and pest control
• Expertise in tree care including pruning, planting, and health assessment
• Familiarity with irrigation systems installation and troubleshooting
• Solid understanding of gardening principles and horticulture best practices
• Ability to operate landscaping equipment safely and efficiently
• Leadership qualities that motivate teams to perform at their best while maintaining safety standards
• Excellent communication skills for coordinating with clients and team members
