Job Detail
- Must be able to drive a company vehicle to job sites
- Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions
- Ability to lift heavy objects (up to 50 lbs.)
- Strong communication skills, including the ability to interact with clients and staff in a positive manner
- Willingness to learn new skills and the ability to adapt to change
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Responsibilities:
- Drive company vehicle to job sites
- Maintain tools and equipment at the job site during process so that they function properly and remain clean
- Ensure that all tools and equipment are in good condition and that the jobs are completed by the scheduled end time
- Clean up the job site after the end of the day
- Report any maintenance issues with tools or equipment to management so that repairs can be made
- Qualifications
- Proven experience in landscape maintenance and landscaping
- Strong supervisory skills with a background in leading teams
- Proficient in lawn care, irrigation, and groundskeeping techniques
- Experience in mechanical maintenance of equipment
- Excellent communication skills to effectively coordinate with team members and clients

Reporting to the Landscape Manager, you will utilize your core skills in supervising and landscaping to lead a team effectively.
