Job Detail
- Oversee landscape maintenance projects, including lawn care, tree care, and gardening tasks.
- Supervise and train team members in landscaping techniques and safety protocols.
- Coordinate daily work schedules and allocate resources effectively to meet project deadlines.
- Ensure the proper operation and maintenance of landscaping equipment and tools.
- Implement irrigation systems and monitor their functionality for optimal plant health.
- Conduct regular inspections of job sites to ensure quality control and adherence to company standards.
- Maintain accurate records of work performed, materials used, and labor hours.
- Experience
- Proven experience in landscape maintenance and landscaping practices.
- Previous supervisory experience in a similar role is highly desirable.
- Strong knowledge of horticulture, gardening techniques, and plant care.
- Familiarity with construction practices related to landscape design and installation.
- Experience with irrigation systems installation and maintenance is a plus.
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team effectively.
