Job Detail
- Lead, motivate, and manage landscaping crews on daily job sites
- Ensure safety protocols are consistently followed
- Coordinate work schedules and crew assignments effectively
- Train and mentor crew members to develop skills and professionalism
- Communicate clearly with management and clients regarding project status
- Monitor quality of work and ensure client satisfaction
- Maintain equipment and report any operational issues

- Proven experience managing landscaping or similar field crews
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
- Commitment to safety, quality, and professional standards
- Ability to motivate a team and support their growth
- Reliable and able to handle operational challenges onsite
- Requirements
- Valid driver’s license required
- Ability to drive and back up trailers effectively
- Successful completion of background check is necessary before hire
