Job Detail
- General knowledge of hand and power tools
- Standard measuring and calculating ability
- Must be available to work full-time, 40 hours per week, Monday – Friday.
- Must be able to arrive to work by no later than 7:00 a.m.
- Must be able to lift to 50 lbs.
- Be able to perform tasks while kneeling, crawling, stretching, standing, and sitting for long periods of time.
- Must be able to perform tasks while standing on a ladder, stage, or roof for long periods of time.
- Must be able to perform tasks while confined to limited spaces for long periods of time.
- Must be able to operate company vehicles upon request
- Be able to demonstrate the ability to learn and implement safe working practices
- Able to interact with customers in a professional and courteous manner
- Must adopt and demonstrate the company’s core values: Safety, Professionalism, Integrity, Respect, Initiative, and Teamwork.
- Most tools will be provided by the company however the Helper must be able to provide some personal tools (list attached)
- Must currently have and maintain a valid PA driver’s license
- Must be a legal U.S. Citizen or have a valid H1B work visa
- Must be able to pass drug test and County/State/federal background check
- Within the first 6months of employment, the Helper will be expected to have learned and demonstrate the basic carpentry skills necessary to become a certified Installer.
