Fabricator/Welder Level B (Days)

Job Detail
- Assist in providing welder support, to include analyzing and making repairs or replacement parts, as directed
- Use common shop tools such as calipers, band saws, grinders, chop saws, threading tools, drills, etc
- Set up and operate Oxy-acetylene torches, plasma, Arc, MIG, and TIG welding machines
- Work from blueprints/schematics to perform maintenance/repairs or install equipment
- Assist in training other team members
- General cleaning and assisting other crews, as required
- Maintaining safety, housekeeping, sanitation, and disease control requirements, while performing job duties

Qualifications
3 years of training and/or experience - Must be able to pass a Machinist/Welder level B test
- Must be able to complete work in a timely and efficient manner
- Must have good interpersonal and communication skills
- Must be able to lift 50 lbs
- Must be able to work from a ladder
- Must have and maintain a valid CA Drivers License with a cleared DMV record
