Job Brief
Position summary:we are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented certified welding inspector (cwi) to support our manufacturing operations.

Job Detail
- Conduct inspections of welded components and assemblies in a manufacturing environment.
- Inspect and document incoming product from external vendors
- Verify compliance with AWS, ASME, and company-specific welding codes and standards.
- Review and approve welding procedures and welder qualifications.
- Monitor welding processes and provide technical guidance to production teams.
- Document inspection results and maintain accurate quality records.
- Collaborate with engineering, quality assurance, and production teams to resolve welding-related issues.
- Qualifications:
- AWS Certified Welding Inspector (CWI) certification required.
- Minimum of 3–5 years of welding inspection experience in a manufacturing setting.
- Strong understanding of welding processes including MIG and TIG
- Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings, welding symbols, and specifications.
- Familiarity with ISO 9001 and other quality management systems.
- Preferred Skills:
- Experience with automated welding systems and CNC machinery.
- Knowledge of non-destructive testing (NDT) methods such as VT, MT, PT, and UT.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
