  • Required to participate in a stringent onboarding and training program within the first 7 weeks of employment (no vacation time will be approved during this time)

  • Ability to work at elevated heights, climb stairs, leaning over equipment and work in confined spaces

  • Preferred Qualifications:

    Associate or Technical Degree
  • 4 years of experience as a maintenance technician in a manufacturing environment
  • Possess a fundamental understanding of hydraulic, pneumatic & mechanical schematics/drawings
  • Understand TPM Theory and Concepts

    What will be your key responsibilities?

    Troubleshoot and repair equipment, failed components, and centerline adjustments
  • Conduct Preventative Maintenance (PM) and support operations with equipment set up and changeover
  • Document Work Orders (WOs) and PMs using computerized maintenance management system (SAP) for Plant maintenance functions
  • Some fabrication and/or machinist work; trained as required
  • Participate in Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) Teams, train operators in Autonomous Maintenance (AMs) activities and participate in Breakdown Analysis/Elimination efforts
  • Adheres to Maintenance and Repair costs while follow Maintenance Planning & Scheduling
  • Assists Operations with Anomaly Handling
