Job Detail
- Operate mowers (riding and push), blowers (backpack and handheld), weed eaters, and edgers.
- Assist with irrigation system checks, repairs, and operation.
- Safely drive company trucks and trailers to and from job sites.
- Organize and lead crew members to complete daily maintenance tasks efficiently and safely.
- Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors.
- Accurately clock in/out yourself and your crew using the QuickBooks Time app.
- Maintain a clean, professional appearance and represent SRG positively on every job.
- What We’re Looking For
- 1+ year of landscape maintenance experience.
- Strong work ethic and ability to work outdoors in varying conditions.
- Quick learner with good retention and problem-solving skills.
- Dependable and team-oriented..
- Valid driver’s license (required).
- Experience towing a trailer (required).
- Schedule
- Start Time: 6:30 AM (all crews meet at our lay-down yard)
- End Time: Between 3:00 – 5:00 PM
- Work Days: Monday through Friday
- Some weekend work required if rain days occur during the week
