Salary Detail
$19 – $26 an hour

Job Detail
- Perform landscape maintenance tasks, including mowing, trimming, edging, blowing, and weeding
- Assist with landscape installation projects such as planting, mulching, sod installation, and grading
- Load, unload, and move materials, tools, and equipment
- Operate basic landscaping tools and equipment (hand tools, lawn mowers, trimmers, etc.)
- Follow instructions from crew leaders and supervisors
- Maintain a clean and safe job site at all times
- Assist with irrigation installation or repairs (as needed)
- Ensure proper care of company tools, equipment, and vehicles
- Qualifications:
- Previous landscaping or groundskeeping experience preferred, but not required
- Ability to perform physical labor including lifting up to 50 lbs., bending, kneeling, and standing for long periods
- Comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions
- Ability to work as part of a team and follow direction
- Reliable transportation to and from job sites or meeting locations
- Strong work ethic, punctuality, and willingness to learn
- Schedule Work Environment:
- Full-time, seasonal or year-round positions available
- Workdays typically Monday–Friday, with occasional weekends based on workload
- Outdoor work environment, of10involving hot, cold, or wet conditions
