$18 – $20 an hour

Job-Related Experience is required

Master’s degree in relevant field is required

• Material Handling: Assist in loading and unloading roofing materials, tools, and equipment onto trucks or job site locations, Transport materials to the work area and distribute them to the roofing crew as needed, Organize and maintain an inventory of roofing supplies, ensuring adequate stock levels for each project.
• Equipment Setup: Assist in setting up ladders, scaffolding, and safety barriers to provide access to roof surfaces, Prepare and assemble roofing equipment, power tools, and machinery for use by the roofing team, Ensure that all equipment is in good working condition and properly maintained.
• Site Preparation: Help prepare the work site by clearing debris, removing obstacles, and securing loose materials, Assist in laying down protective coverings such as tarps or plywood to safeguard surrounding areas from damage, Follow safety protocols and guidelines to minimize risks and hazards on the job site.
• Roofing Assistance: Assist roofers with tasks such as carrying and positioning roofing materials, tools, and supplies, Hand tools, equipment, and materials to roofers as needed during roof installation, repair, or maintenance activities, Learn and develop skills related to roofing techniques, under the guidance of experienced roofers.
• Cleanup and Maintenance: Perform cleanup duties at the end of each workday, including collecting debris, sweeping, and disposing of waste materials, Assist in maintaining a clean and organized work area, equipment storage area, and job site perimeter, Assist in minor repairs and maintenance of roofing equipment, tools, and vehicles.
• Safety Compliance: Follow all safety protocols, guidelines, and regulations to ensure a safe working environment for yourself and others, Use personal protective equipment (PPE) such as gloves, safety glasses, hard hats, and harnesses as required, Report any safety concerns, incidents, or near misses to the roofing foreman or supervisor immediately.
• Warehouse assistance: Assist as needed with miscellaneous tasks as needed

• Requirements
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• Ability to lift 50 lbs and work on roofs safely
• Willingness to work outdoors in Arizona weather
• Positive attitude and strong work ethic
• Previous roofing or construction experience is a plus, but not required
• Pay: $18 – $20 per hour
