Job Detail
- Create detailed repair and reconstruction estimates in Xactimate based on on-site inspections, photos, and scope notes.
- Review and interpret insurance adjuster estimates and scopes of work.
- Work closely with project managers to ensure consistency between field conditions and writ10estimates.
- Communicate professionally with insurance adjusters, homeowners, and vendors.
- Update and revise estimates as needed during the project lifecycle.
- Ensure estimates meet industry standards and carrier guidelines.
- Maintain organized project documentation and job costing records.
- Qualifications:
- 2+ years of experience as an estimator in restoration, construction, or a related field.
- Proficiency in Xactimate (Level 2 or higher preferred).
- Strong understanding of insurance claims processes and property restoration.
- Excellent writ10and verbal communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to manage multiple estimates and meet deadlines.
- Valid driver’s license (if field inspections are required).
- Preferred Qualifications:
- IICRC certifications (WRT, ASD, FSRT, etc.)
- Experience working with insurance carriers and third-party administrators (TPAs).
- Knowledge of construction materials, methods, and pricing.
