JOB: Working PM Superintendent

** MUST BE EXPERIENCED **
Job Scope:
Plan review and Value engineering
Bidding / material and labor sourcing
Contract admin
Site schedule and daily supervision
office reporting and bill coding
diagnose issues and solve problems and disputes
punch list creation and management
Must be able to self perform SOME of the following :
pick up carpentry
hang doors and simple cabinets
door /bath/cabinet hardware
base and case
$50/hr or by salary
Some weekend work required at times
masonry site walls and small concrete projects
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: From $50.00 per hour
Expected hours: No more than 45 per week
Work Location: In person
