Job Detail
- Must have proven experience in management.
- Proven experience in carpentry or woodworking within construction.
- Proficiency in reading shop drawings, blueprint reading, and schematics interpretation to accurately follow project specifications.
- Strong knowledge of hand tools and power tools used in woodworking.
- Knowledge of construction estimating procedures for material quantities and project planning is advantageous.
- Basic understanding of plumbing or electrical systems related to fixture installation or remodeling is beneficial but not mandatory.
- Excellent attention to detail combined with strong problem-solving skills ensures high-quality craftsmanship on every project.
- Excellent communication skill. Must communicate with general contractors and vendors.
- Wage will be in form of salary and will be discussed at interview.
