Job Detail
- Install and service low voltage wiring systems in residential homes (commercial experience a plus)
- Run cables, terminate connections, and ensure clean, professional installations for AV, data, and security systems
- Work with smart home technology, including Control4 (knowledge a strong plus)
- Troubleshoot and repair wiring/system issues as needed
- Maintain clean job sites and deliver exceptional customer service
- Drive company vehicle to and from job sites (valid driver’s license required)
- Identify opportunities for system upgrades and recommend additional products or services to clients
- Build and maintain relationships with contractors, real estate agents, and other referral sources
- Track and report new business leads and upsell opportunities
- Earn commission for successful upsells and new customer sales
- Qualifications:
- 2+ years of experience in low voltage wiring (residential required, commercial a plus)
- Familiarity with Control4 and other smart home platforms preferred
- Clean driving record and valid driver’s license
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Self-starter with ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks
- Professional demeanor and customer-focused attitude
- Ability to lift 50 lbs and work in attics, crawl spaces, and on ladders
- Sales or customer service experience a plus
- Must speak Spanish
