We are seeking a high-integrity, hardworking, and adaptable employee to join our team. The primary role will be working as a Wireless Telecommunications Tower Climbing Hand, but the right candidate must also be willing and capable of performing a wide range of general contracting duties across our electrical and asphalt maintenance divisions.
Position Overview
This is a unique opportunity for someone who enjoys variety and wants to grow with a fast-moving, multi-trade company. When telecom work is light, you will assist with asphalt maintenance and other general construction tasks.
Primary Responsibilities
Telecommunications / Tower Work
Tower climbing & installation support
Wireless equipment installation and upgrades
Cable routing, grounding, hardware installation
General troubleshooting and site support
General Contracting Tasks
Electrical assistance (under licensed oversight)
Concrete & masonry support
Trenching, ditch digging, site prep
Operating heavy equipment (excavator, skid steer/Bobcat, telehandler)
Various jobsite labor duties as needed
Asphalt Maintenance Division Tasks
Sealcoat application
Crack sealing
Asphalt patching & repair
Parking lot striping
Requirements
Ability & willingness to climb towers safely (training provided if needed)
Reliable transportation and strong work ethic
Comfortable working at heights and outdoors in various conditions
Ability to perform physical labor
Flexible attitude; willing to work in multiple divisions as needed
Valid driver’s license
Preferred Skills (Not Required)
Previous tower climbing experience
Heavy equipment operating experience
Electrical trade experience
Asphalt or general construction experience
