Position Overview
We’re hiring a Window and Door Installer to join our team full-time. You’ll be responsible for removing and replacing residential windows and doors, prepping openings, installing new units, and finishing with caulking, sealing, and trim.
You’ll work directly under our Field Manager with another installer or helper to complete jobs on time and up to our quality standards.
Responsibilities
Install and replace residential windows and doors
Verify measurements and materials before starting each project
Perform clean removal, sealing, and finishing work
Keep job sites clean and organized
Communicate professionally with homeowners and office staff
Report job progress and completion daily
Requirements
1+ years experience with window or door installation preferred
Must be able to lift 75+ lbs and work comfortably on ladders
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation required
Must have basic hand tools (specialty tools provided)
Dependable, detail-oriented, and takes pride in clean, professional work
Schedule
Monday to Friday (occasional Saturdays during busy season)
Typical hours: 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM
Travel throughout Northern Arizona — mileage or drive time paid when applicable
