Compensation:
Competitive Pay: $22-$30 per hour
Work Schedule: 7:30 am to 4:30 pm, with overtime available

WHAT YOU’LL ACTUALLY BE DOING:
Here’s a no-BS look at your day as our Water Restoration Technician Manager:
Customer Onboarding: Guiding clients through the initial stages of the restoration process.
Creating Drying Plans: Developing precise and effective strategies for water damage mitigation.
Demolition: Performing necessary demolition to facilitate drying and restoration.
Equipment Setup/Monitoring: Deploying and overseeing advanced drying equipment.
Document Drying: Meticulously recording and tracking the entire drying process.

WE’RE LOOKING FOR SOMEONE WHO…
Has:
5+ years of experience as a water restoration tech
Possess IICRC WRT, IICRC AMRT, and IICRC ASD certifications
A valid driver’s license
Self-motivation
Customer-facing experience (preferred)

YOU’LL BE WORKING IN:
Rock Hill, SC, servicing York County, SC, and Charlotte, NC
