- Conduct repair intakes, evaluate condition, and determine service level
- Authenticate and appraise watches brought in for repair
- Communication with customers at milestones Repair Workflow & Watchmaking Coordination Route incoming repairs to the correct watchmaker by skill and complexity
- Maintain continuous communication with watchmakers; track timelines, approvals, and milestones
- Order parts, monitor ETAs, and communicate status
- Perform technical work within your expertise
- QC all watches for visual and performance standards prior to release
- Financial & Administrative Prepare accurate repair pricing; secure approvals; manage declines, returns, and warranty considerations
- Track repair timelines and ensure timely updates to customer-facing teams
- Supervise in-house students, contractors, and support staff; mentor for diagnostics, efficiency, and QC

What We’re Looking For Experience in watch service/repair coordination, bench work, or equivalent technical role (jewelry/watch industry preferred) - Strong diagnostic skills and quality standards; familiarity with timing machines, pressure testing, case/bracelet work, and parts sourcing
- Excellent organization and documentation habits (Airtable/CRM proficiency a plus)
- Clear, professional communication with clients and vendors
- Ability to manage multiple jobs, deadlines, and stakeholders

Schedule & Compensation Location: Fort Worth, TX - Schedule: Full-time; Tuesday-Friday 10 AM-6 PM, Saturday 12 PM – 6 PM
- Compensation: starting $60,000 yearly
