Job Detail
- The Cleaner position provides the cleaning and upkeep of all assigned areas
- Cleans and maintains buildings/facilities
- Preforms daily basic cleaning duties, such as dusting, sweeping, vacuuming, and mopping of warehouse.
- Preforms daily cleaning duites, such as sweeping and vacuuming around saws, welders and equipment.
- Gathers and empties all trash cans every evening.
- Performs scheduled heavy cleaning duties, such as cleaning floors, washing walls, and removing rubbish
- Refill restroom supplies, such as toilet paper and paper towels.
- Establishes and maintains effective communication and working relationships with supervisors and managers.
- Complies with all safety, security, compliance, and quality standards and procedures established by the Company
- Cleaner must be flexible and willing to complete all tasks that are assigned
- Follows procedures for the use of chemical cleaners and power equipment
- Remove stains from such surfaces as walls and floors using chemicals and cleaning solutions
- Sweep walkways, rake leaves, cut grass, or perform other incidental seasonal tasks.
- Skills and Physical Abilities
- Knowledge of cleaning with chemicals and cleaners
- Attention to detail
- Can operate a forklift
- Ability to get along with other employees, follow directions and work under pressure
