- Build out vessels in the Vessel Vanguard systems for new and existing clients
- Review client-provided equipment lists and verify make/model accuracy
- Research and source manufacturer manuals and technical documents
- Configure maintenance schedules based on manufacturer recommendations
- Upload manuals, service intervals, and vessel detail data into the system
- Double-check for accuracy and completeness before finalizing each vessel setup
- Communicate with team members to clarify data gaps or inconsistencies
- Maintain a strong sense of urgency to meet setup timelines
- Qualifications / Skills: Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy
- Ability to follow structured processes while working efficiently
- Comfortable using software tools, managing uploads, and navigating web systems
- Strong organizational skills and time management
- Prior knowledge of marine or mechanical equipment terminology is helpful, but not required
