Job Detail
- Apply preventative maintenance testing techniques in support of maintaining UPS batteries across our fleet of data centers
- Act as an ambassador for safety within the team and to promote safe working across the site
- Remain cognizant of and act in compliance with all security protocols
- Interact with engineers, technicians, project managers and management on a daily basis
- Work with engineers to develop detailed and creative solutions to complex problems, while keeping a watchful eye on timelines and costs
- Develop and maintain a good working relationship across all levels in the organization
- Ensure consistency in deployed configurations and track exceptions for follow up
- Execute predictive and preventive maintenance programs
- Provide support for LSE, weather events, planned, and unplanned outages
- Provide cross functional support for ATS and Non-destructive testing teams
- Other duties as assigned
Candidate must meet and maintain all eligibility requirements to drive a company service vehicle, including but not limited to: must have a valid driver’s license issued by the state in which they reside

Basic Qualifications
Knowledge of key electrical competencies and theory- 1 year of experience in data center or mission-critical facility operations (e

- , hospitals, military installations, public safety facilities, manufacturing); OR Bachelor’s degree in a relevant STEM field (e

- , Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Nuclear Engineering, Physics); OR trade school training/certification
Preferred Qualifications
Proficiency in identifying safety concerns and maintaining a secure work environment in compliance with NFPA 70E guidelines- Ability to conduct quantitative and qualitative analysis
- Basic scripting experience (Python)

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets- The base pay for this position ranges from $59,600/year in our lowest geographic market up to $133,200/year in our highest geographic market
- Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience
