- We are seeking a reliable and experienced Class A Truck Driver for day shift port work. This position involves hauling containers to and from the ports (e.g, Long Beach/Los Angeles) and various destinations within the Inland Empire. If you’re dependable, safety-focused, and familiar with port procedures, we’d love to hear from you.
- Responsibilities:
- Pick up and deliver container loads from ports during day hours
- Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections
- Ensure all loads are secured and transported safely
- Maintain accurate logs and documentation
- Communicate effectively with dispatch and customers
- Adhere to port entry procedures and safety regulations
- Requirements:
- Valid Class A CDL
- 2+ years CDL
- TWIC Card (required)
- Port experience preferred (1+ year ideal)
- Clean driving record and current medical card
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
- Must be dependable and punctual
- Familiarity with logs a plus
- Schedule:
- Day shift (typically starting around 4:00AM-6:00AM)
- Monday through Friday, with occasional weekend opportunities
