Salary Detail
$55,000 – $75,000 a year

Job Detail
- To provide exceptional customer service.
- Provide professional quality home inspections under the TREC and Bryan Bryan Inspections Standards of Practice.
- Regular Work Activities
- Perform home inspections and provide completed reports before 9am the next day.
- Build and Maintain relationships with customers and clients by providing excellent customer service.
- Attend regular one-on-ones with your direct supervisor.
- Work and collaborate with team members to accomplish company goals.
- Strive to maintain a positive work environment and culture that is in alignment with the companies’ mission and values.
- Attend all company meetings.
- Monitor company email daily.
- Maintain licensing requirements/attend continuing education classes.
- Perform other duties assigned by management.

- Ability to explain findings to clients and agents in a non-alarmist manner.
