What You’ll Do Lead field operations from ground-up to closeout, driving communication and coordination across subcontractors and site teams - Ensure all project milestones are met while maintaining the highest standards of safety and quality
- Partner closely with project management to deliver consistent, predictable, and successful outcomes
- What You Bring Strong technical understanding of concrete, Tilt-Up, steel, and MEP systems
- Proven ability to lead complex construction projects, manage schedules, and motivate teams
