Job Description

Job Detail
  • Support all phases of construction, including documentation, coordination, and project execution
  • Manage RFIs, submittals, change orders, and daily reporting with precision and timeliness
  • Partner with project leadership to track schedules, budgets, and logistics across multiple trades
  • Conduct site visits and ensure quality standards and safety requirements are consistently met
  • Collaborate with subcontractors, design teams, and field operations to drive seamless project delivery
  • Build cross-functional relationships and gain hands-on experience to prepare for future advancement into Assistant Project Manager and Project Manager roles

  • Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field preferred
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in project engineering or construction management
  • Proven track record on large projects ($30M ), ideally with exposure to multi-family, higher education, healthcare, or mixed-use developments
  • Proficiency in Procore or similar construction management software
  • Strong attention to detail, organizational ability, and desire to grow within a collaborative team environment
  • Must be open to extensive travel; lodging, transportation, and per diem fully provided
  • No visa sponsorship available at this time
