- Support all phases of construction, including documentation, coordination, and project execution
- Manage RFIs, submittals, change orders, and daily reporting with precision and timeliness
- Partner with project leadership to track schedules, budgets, and logistics across multiple trades
- Conduct site visits and ensure quality standards and safety requirements are consistently met
- Collaborate with subcontractors, design teams, and field operations to drive seamless project delivery
- Build cross-functional relationships and gain hands-on experience to prepare for future advancement into Assistant Project Manager and Project Manager roles

Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field preferred - Minimum 3 years of experience in project engineering or construction management
- Proven track record on large projects ($30M ), ideally with exposure to multi-family, higher education, healthcare, or mixed-use developments
- Proficiency in Procore or similar construction management software
- Strong attention to detail, organizational ability, and desire to grow within a collaborative team environment
- Must be open to extensive travel; lodging, transportation, and per diem fully provided
