Job Detail
- Lead all on-site construction activities from pre-construction through closeout.
- Maintain daily jobsite logs, safety reports, and project documentation.
- Coordinate with project managers, subcontractors, inspectors, and clients.
- Ensure compliance with safety protocols, quality standards, and schedules.
- Conduct regular safety meetings and site walkthroughs.
- Proactively identify issues and implement solutions to maintain progress.
- Manage site logistics, equipment, and workforce.
- Travel throughout the US ( project timeframe average 6 months)
- What You Bring 5–10+ years of commercial construction experience, including ground-up builds.
- Proven leadership in managing multiple trades and tight timelines.
- In-depth knowledge of construction methods, scheduling, safety, and drawings/specs.
- Proficiency with tools like MS Project, Bluebeam, or similar platforms.
- OSHA 30 Certification (or willingness to obtain).
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Flexibility and enthusiasm for travel across multiple regions.
