Job Detail
- Diagnose residential plumbing issues and provide repair or replacement options
- Perform service work including water heaters, tankless units, slab leaks, faucets, toilets, drain lines, sewer repairs, etc.
- Complete all jobs to code + company standards
- Educate homeowners on system conditions and present repair options
- Maintain a clean, organized work vehicle and job site
- Document work performed using company software (photos, notes, forms)
- Communicate clearly with dispatch, customers, and leadership
- Participate in weekly team meetings/training
- Uphold Lex’s Plumbing’s values of honesty, craftsmanship, and customer service
- Requirements
- Valid Tradesman or Journeyman Plumber License (Texas)
- 2+ years of residential service experience preferred
- Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills
- Clean and professional appearance
- Valid Texas driver’s license clean driving record
- Ability to pass a background check + drug screen
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Must be able to work independently and efficiently
