Job Detail
- Install, troubleshoot, and repair medium-intensity lighting systems (experience with high-intensity lighting is a plus).
- Perform tower maintenance, including plumb tensioning, guy wire replacement, safety climb installations, and structural reinforcements.
- Assist with tower modifications and general repair work.
- Adhere to company and OSHA safety standards, including completion of daily JHAs.
- Work effectively as part of a crew, with opportunities to advance to leadership roles.
- Requirements
- Must reside in or near Heath, Ohio (weekly travel required).
- OSHA 10-Hour Certification (required).
- Rescue and Climbing Certification (required).
- Prior lighting service experience (medium intensity required. high intensity preferred).
- Experience in tower maintenance or construction (plumb tension, guy work, reinforcements, etc.).
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
- Willingness to travel Monday–Friday and work outdoors in all conditions.
- Job Type: Full-time
- Expected hours: 40 – 65 per week
