- Works closely with new issue areas, Life and Annuity, as well as working directly with the policy owner or through the agent
- Coordinate with the advanced marketing area and the legal department on setting up complex ownership and beneficiary arrangements
- Prepares and records the various title forms
- Actively involved in sensitive and emotional situations where you will need to work very professionally and tactfully with the policy owner and/or their authorized representatives
Minimum Qualifications
Associate’s degree preferred - Detail oriented
- Proficient with the Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Word, Excel)
- Must possess excellent oral and written communication skills
- Strong analytical and decision-making skills, as well as tact and diplomacy
- Ability to meet established deadlines; must be able to work independently as well as being a team player
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment; strong interpersonal skills a must
- Establish and maintain effective working relationships with those contacted in the course of work
- Must be able to pass a background check
