  • Key Responsibilities
  • As a Tire Technician at Tire Dawgs, you will perform essential tasks including:
  • Tire Services Installation
  • Install new and used tires for passenger and light-duty vehicles
  • Perform tire repairs: patching, plugging, sidewall inspections
  • Mounting, dismounting, balancing, and rotating tires
  • Inspect tires for damage, wear patterns, leaks, and safety issues
  • Shop Equipment Operation
  • Use tire machines, balancers, impact tools, and other shop equipment
  • Maintain tools and equipment in safe working condition
  • Vehicle Safety Requirements
  • Perform wheel torque procedures and safety checks
  • Follow shop safety policies and OSHA guidelines
  • Keep work areas clean, organized, and compliant with safety standards
  • Customer Service
  • Provide friendly, professional customer interaction
  • Communicate recommended services or issues clearly
  • Uphold Tire Dawgs’ commitment to honesty and quality work
  • Qualifications Experience
  • We are looking for candidates with verified hands-on experience in tire service.
  • Required:
  • Prior experience as a tire technician (minimum 1 year preferred)
  • Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in a physically demanding environment
  • Strong mechanical aptitude
  • Dependable, punctual, and professional
  • Ability to work 35–40 hours weekly
  • Preferred (not required):
  • Driver’s License
  • Experience with alignments or brake service
  • Knowledge of shop equipment maintenance
  • Basic automotive repair skills
  • Pay: $18 – $22 per hour
  • Expected hours: 35.0 – 40.0 per week
