- Install, balance, and align tires on various vehicles.
- Conduct tire repairs and replacements as needed.
- Perform oil changes and other routine maintenance tasks.
- Utilize hand tools and equipment safely and effectively.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
- Assist customers with inquiries regarding tire services and products.
- Collaborate with service technicians to diagnose automotive issues.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and protocols.
- Requirements
- Strong mechanical knowledge with experience in automotive repair preferred.
- Proficiency in using hand tools and diagnostic equipment.
- Ability to perform heavy lifting as required (up to 50 lbs).
- Previous experience in sales is a plus to assist customers effectively.
- Familiarity with tire alignment processes is beneficial.
- Excellent communication skills and customer service orientation.
