Job Detail
- Perform oil changes, tire rotations, alignments, and other routine maintenance services using hand tools and power tools
- Conduct vehicle inspections to identify potential issues and communicate findings to customers or service advisors
- Assist with automotive diagnostics and minor repairs as needed
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the service bay and tools
- Ensure all work complies with safety standards and manufacturer specifications
- Provide excellent customer service by explaining services performed and recommending additional maintenance when appropriate
- Assist in vehicle maintenance tasks such as fluid top-offs, filter replacements, and basic repairs
- Support the team with heavy lifting of vehicle parts or equipment when necessary
- Requirements
- Dealership experience or prior automotive repair background preferred
- Knowledge of automotive diagnostics, mechanical systems, and vehicle maintenance procedures
- Experience with hand tools, power tools, and automotive service equipment
- Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to perform oil changes, tire service, alignments, and basic repairs
- Excellent customer service skills with a professional attitude
- Ability to lift heavy objects safely and work on vehicles in various positions
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
- Prior experience as a Service Technician or in automotive maintenance is a plus
- Ability to work efficiently in a team environment while maintaining attention to detail
