Job Detail
- Lead technical coordination for complex project conditions, including non-standard applications and custom interface solutions.
- Perform detailed structural, thermal, and weatherability evaluations to meet project and code-specific performance criteria.
- Prepare and review project-specific documentation, including stamped calculations and detailed drawings.
- Interpret and apply complex code provisions and certification standards for high-performance designs.
- Provide mentorship and quality oversight for junior engineers, ensuring technical accuracy and consistency.
- Follow the Group Code of Conduct and Group Compliance.
- Follow Compliance requirements per “KNA-SOP-1705 Compliance Roles and Responsibilities.”
- Performs all other duties as assigned. Key Responsibilities – Aligned to ASCE Guidelines: Lead engineering design, analysis, and problem-solving for complex projects.
- Develop and review technical reports, drawings, and documentation.
- Manage project planning, budgeting, and scheduling.
- Conduct site visits, inspections, and evaluations as needed.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project success.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards, regulations, and company policies.
- Provide mentorship and technical guidance to junior engineers.
- Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and quality. Education/Experience: Bachelor’s degree in Civil, Mechanical, Electrical, or another relevant engineering discipline.
- 4+ years of professional engineering experience.
- Engineer in Training (EIT) preferred.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in engineering software and tools.
- Effective communication and leadership abilities. Other Skills and Requirements: Experience managing projects or engineering tasks independently.
- Familiarity with industry codes and standards.
- Knowledge of project management principles and best practices. Physical Demands:
