Bachelor’s degree in Civil, Mechanical, Electrical, or another relevant engineering discipline.

• Lead technical coordination for complex project conditions, including non-standard applications and custom interface solutions.
• Perform detailed structural, thermal, and weatherability evaluations to meet project and code-specific performance criteria.
• Prepare and review project-specific documentation, including stamped calculations and detailed drawings.
• Interpret and apply complex code provisions and certification standards for high-performance designs.
• Provide mentorship and quality oversight for junior engineers, ensuring technical accuracy and consistency.
• Follow the Group Code of Conduct and Group Compliance.
• Follow Compliance requirements per “KNA-SOP-1705 Compliance Roles and Responsibilities.”
• Performs all other duties as assigned. Key Responsibilities – Aligned to ASCE Guidelines: Lead engineering design, analysis, and problem-solving for complex projects.
• Develop and review technical reports, drawings, and documentation.
• Manage project planning, budgeting, and scheduling.
• Conduct site visits, inspections, and evaluations as needed.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project success.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards, regulations, and company policies.
• Provide mentorship and technical guidance to junior engineers.
• Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and quality. Education/Experience: Bachelor’s degree in Civil, Mechanical, Electrical, or another relevant engineering discipline.
• 4+ years of professional engineering experience.
• Engineer in Training (EIT) preferred.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in engineering software and tools.
• Effective communication and leadership abilities. Other Skills and Requirements: Experience managing projects or engineering tasks independently.
• Familiarity with industry codes and standards.
• Knowledge of project management principles and best practices. Physical Demands:
