- Troubleshoot and service smart home systems including lighting, shades, AV, security and automation
- Perform system updates, diagnostics, and repairs
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth service delivery
- Provide excellent customer service and educate clients on system use
- Maintain accurate service records and documentation
- Qualifications: Experience with Crestron, Control4, Lutron, or Savant programming and troubleshooting
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Valid driver’s license and clean background check
- Professional demeanor and commitment to quality workmanship
