Job Detail
  • Troubleshoot and service smart home systems including lighting, shades, AV, security and automation
  • Perform system updates, diagnostics, and repairs
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth service delivery
  • Provide excellent customer service and educate clients on system use
  • Maintain accurate service records and documentation
  • Qualifications: Experience with Crestron, Control4, Lutron, or Savant programming and troubleshooting
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Valid driver’s license and clean background check
  • Professional demeanor and commitment to quality workmanship
