Job Detail
  • A minimum of five years of superintendent experience in multi-family construction or a related field
  • Proficient with construction management and scheduling software, including Microsoft Project, Procore, Excel and Word
  • Excellent interpersonal communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Ability to follow both written and verbal direction
  • Commitment to delivering high-quality customer service

    Core Responsibilities: Coordinate, oversee and schedule all aspects of construction, from planning to implementation to completion
  • Supervise onsite personnel and subcontractors
  • Work smoothly and effectively with clients, architects, engineers, subs, city and county officials, and so on
  • Ensure that the requirements of the project plans are met
  • Maintain high standards of workmanship
  • Lead and manage the on-site construction team
  • Maintain comprehensive project records including daily field reports, field orders and RFIs
  • Ensure quality standards are met
  • Coordinate weekly on-site safety meetings and ensure company and industry safety standards are always enforced on-site
  • Hold weekly on-site scheduling meetings with trades
