- Duties / Responsibilities: Install natural st1for patios, walls, fire features (firepits and fireplaces), outdoor kitchens, water features, and other premium outdoor structures
- Shape, cut, and fit st1to required dimensions with high precision
- Interpret blueprints, architectural drawings, and layout plans
- Ensure structures are level, plumb, and aesthetically flawless
- Lead and mentor crew members on proper st1techniques and installation standards
- Operate masonry and construction equipment safely and efficiently
- Maintain clean, organized, and safe job sites
- On-call for snow removal during winter months
- Qualifications / Experience: Minimum 3-5 years of experience working specifically with natural stone
- Advanced st1cutting, fitting, and finishing skills required
- Experience building outdoor living spaces preferred
- Ability to read and follow construction plans
- Strong attention to detail and reliable work ethic
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work outdoors for extended periods
- Spanish language skills a plus
