Job Detail
  • Required: Minimum five (5) years of plant maintenance experience
  • Preferred: Ten (10) years of plant maintenance experience


  • Education

    Required: High School Diploma/ GED or equivalent
  • Steam license and/or certificate of training from any recognized college or trade school


  • Training

    Required: Trade school or on the job training with recognized service organization


  • Specialized Skills

    Required: Ability to work in a busy patient and public environment
  • Ability to communicate effectively in English – both verbally and in writing
  • Ability to maintain patient confidentiality at all times according to current HIPAA laws
  • Ability to work day, evening, night and weekend shifts as assigned
  • Ability to work on own with only minimal supervision
  • Preferred: Certification in one or more of the following: Plumbing, HVAC, Electrical, Boiler and Central Plant Operations
  • EPA Certification
