The Role
We’re seeking hands-on, mechanically minded individuals to join our Solar Pool Heating Installation and Service Team. The ideal candidate will have direct experience with solar pool heating systems (installation, service, or troubleshooting). However, we know this background is rare — so if you have a pool service, roofing, or plumbing background, we want to talk with you. Suntrek provides training to help the right candidates transition into solar.
Responsibilities
Install and service solar pool heating systems on residential and commercial rooftops
Diagnose and repair solar heating systems of all makes and models
Work with pool plumbing, valves, and automation equipment
Safely complete roof work using ladders, harnesses, and tools
Deliver excellent customer communication and jobsite professionalism
Qualifications
Direct solar pool heating experience strongly preferred, but not required
Background in pool service, roofing, or plumbing is highly valuable
Comfortable working outdoors and on rooftops
Mechanically inclined and strong problem-solving skills
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
