  • Operate snow plows, shovels, blowers, and other power tools to remove snow and ice from designated areas effectively.
  • Use hand tools such as shovels, brooms, ice scrapers, and salt spreaders to ensure thorough clearing and de-icing.
  • Conduct routine inspections of equipment like excavators or skid steers to ensure proper functioning and safety compliance.
  • Apply salt, sand, or de-icing agents to prevent ice formation and enhance safety on walkways and driveways.
  • Monitor weather conditions continuously to anticipate snow accumulation and plan timely response actions.
  • Perform general maintenance on snow removal equipment to maximize operational efficiency.
  • Assist with landscape maintenance tasks such as lawn care, gardening, or landscape upkeep during off-peak seasons to support overall property aesthetics.
  • Support construction or hardscape projects when needed by utilizing landscaping skills or operating construction machinery.
  • Collaborate with team members to prioritize tasks and ensure all areas are cleared promptly during winter storms.
  • Maintain detailed logs of completed work, equipment usage, and safety inspections to ensure compliance with company standards.
