Job Detail
  • Operate snow plows, shovels, and other hand tools to remove snow and ice from driveways, walkways, parking lots, and sidewalks
  • Use mechanical knowledge to troubleshoot and maintain snow removal equipment such as excavators and power tools
  • Apply salt or other de-icing materials to prevent ice formation
  • Assist with landscape maintenance tasks such as mowing, tree trimming, lawn care, irrigation, gardening, and hardscape projects during off-season periods
  • Perform routine equipment inspections and basic repairs to ensure operational readiness
  • Collaborate with team members to complete snow removal efficiently while prioritizing safety
  • Maintain a clean work environment by properly storing tools and equipment after use
  • Qualifications
  • Prior experience with snow plowing, landscaping, or landscape maintenance preferred
  • Mechanical knowledge related to power tools, excavators, and other landscaping machinery beneficial
  • Familiarity with lawn care, gardening, horticulture, tree care, irrigation systems, and hardscape installation is a plus
  • Ability to operate hand tools safely and effectively
  • Strong physical stamina for working outdoors in cold weather conditions for extended periods
  • Knowledge of safety procedures related to construction and landscape maintenance
  • Valid &lt.PERSON&gt. (or equivalent) license preferred but not required
  • Ability to work independently or as part of a team with minimal supervision
